  • Valentine’s Day can evoke a range of emotions whether you’re in a relationship or not.
  • Instead of focusing on the pressure to create grand gestures focus on the quality of connection and meaningful experience.
  • Try going out for a Galentine’s Day with your friends, this is a great way to enjoy the holiday when you are not in a relationship
  • Be in a high vibrational state when making food as your energy will be transferred into the food you are making.
  • Add rose powder or mushroom powder to your food as these ingredients can have a euphoric feeling.
  • Get to know yourself and the experiences you like, and create a healthy boundary around them.
  • Prioritize your own self care, well being and happiness, and nurture a positive relationship with yourself.
  • Try out of the box or non-typical ways to enjoy Valentine’s Day like hosting a party for you and your friends or something more rewarding like volunteering your time at an animal shelter or organizing a charity.
  • If you are spending Valentine’s Day alone try taking a salt bath, salt is very healing and detoxifying or if you have extra energy you can try exercising or going to a yoga class.
  • Mediation is a great form of relaxation and is also a powerful form of self care.
  • Even doing little things like leaving a note under the pillow of a loved one can make Valentine’s Day more special.
