Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Berries
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Cauliflower or Zucchini
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Spinach or Kale / 1 scoop Powder Greens
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk / Water
- 2 Scoops Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder (*this product is one of the cleaner protein powders which tastes amazing and as a bonus it is Keto!)
Instructions
Start by adding the liquid (Almond Milk or Water) to your blender. Starting with your liquid will make the blending easier. Next add the Greens to the blender. Use fresh or frozen spinach/kale. As an alternative you can also use some powder Greens. I find the frozen spinach is the best to blend. Then add the Fruits and Vegetables to the blender. Organic is best. Frozen Cauliflower or Zucchini are great nutrient rich veggies to hide in your bowl without strong flavours. Finally add the Protein Powder and some ice, 6 cubes (or 1 cup) according to your taste. Blend all the ingredients together and pour into your bowl.
Topping Options:
Add the following to the smoothie bowl:
- 1 tbs Chia or Flax Seeds
- 1 tbs Cacao Chips/Nibs
- Handful of Fresh Berries
- 4-5 Sliced Strawberries
