Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 cup Monk Fruit Extract
- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Organic Cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
- 1/2 Organic Lemon (juice and grind from the peel)
- 2 packs MCT oil (using my favourite brand)
- 1 Flax Egg
- 1/3 cup Frozen Organic Cranberries (chopped or broken with hands)
Instructions
Makes 8-12 servings
Preheat oven to 320°F. Add the dry ingredients into a large glass bowl and mix well. Next, mix in the wet ingredients until well blended. Add mixture in a baking pan sprayed with avocado oil spray and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Remove and let cool or alternatively you can eat it warm if you prefer it crumbly.
