  • 1 Organic Kiwi
  • 8 Organic Strawberries

Instructions

Makes 1 serving

Thoroughly wash the organic kiwi and strawberries by submerging them in filtered water and baking soda for 5 to 10 mins. Rinse and cut up into desired size and slices.

You’re Glowing Layered Chocolate Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 scoop Clean Keto Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Organic Cacao
  • 1 tsp Organic Mushroom Powder
  • 3/4 cup Organic Frozen Cauliflower

Vanilla Layer

  • 1 scoop Clean Keto Vegan Strawberry Protein Powder
  • 3 pieces Organic Frozen Cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup Organic Strawberries

Toppings

  • Vegan Whipped Cream
  • 4 drops Liquid Stevia

Instructions

Makes 1 serving

Add the chocolate layer ingredients into a blender (preferably glass) and blend well. Pour into a glass. Next add the vanilla layer ingredients into the blender and blend well. Pour into the same glass on top of the chocolate layer. Top with vegan whipped cream and four drops of liquid stevia.

Benefits:

Strawberries are loaded with vitamin C for collagen and elastin formations. Cauliflower is high in vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C and K. Vitamin K is said to play an essential role in maintaining healthy body function.

Vegan Protein Packed Brownies For Healthy Skin

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free Oat Flour
  • 1 pinch Organic Salt
  • 1/2 cup Monk Fruit Extract
  • 1/4 cup Organic Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 cup Clean Vegan Keto Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tbs Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 cup Organic Almond Butter
  • 1 Flax Egg (see my recipes)

  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • 8″ x 8″ Baking Pan

Instructions

Makes 12 servings (10g protein per serving)

Preheat oven to 320°F. Add the dry ingredients into a blender (preferably glass) and blend until well mixed. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and slow stir in the wet ingredients, be sure to mix well. Lightly coat the baking pan with the avocado oil spray and add in the mixture. Place in the oven for 26 minutes. Remove from oven and let it sit for 10-20 minutes. Enjoy.

Benefits:

Cacao is full of flavonoids and antioxidants which have been said to help bring down inflammation and protect against free radicals, which can cause premature aging. Protein is full of benefits such as helping you build muscle and is said to convert into amino acids that can help in the development of collagen which is key for youthful skin.

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 5 Ice Cubes

  • Handful of Organic Raspberries
  • Vegan Whipped Cream

Instructions

Makes 1 serving

Start by blending the vegan pudding, mushroom powder, 3/4 cup almond milk and 10 ice cubes. Pour the blended mixture into a mason jar and rinse the blender. Next blend the strawberry protein powder, 1/2 cup of almond milk and 5 ice cubes. Pour the blended protein mixture on top of the blended pudding mixture inside the mason jar. Top with organic raspberries and vegan whipped cream.

Protein is said to help build muscles, protect your bones and keeps you feeling full longer. Protein also helps your skin remain youthful! I personally use all plant based protein sources.

Lazy Girl Protein Snacks For A Glow

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mixed Nut Organic Nut Butter (ideally almond or cashew)
  • 2 tbs Organic Cinnamon
  • 6 scoops Clean Keto Vegan Strawberry Protein Powder
  • 4 tbs Monk Fruit Sugar or Coconut Sugar
  • 1 scoop Fibre
  • 1 tbs MCT Oil

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, add the nut butter and MCT oil first and stir until combined. Then add all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Grab a tsp or tbs, and scoop the mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and form into a ball. Place in the fridge or freezer for 30 mins and enjoy. Store in the fridge and eat immediately as the do melt.

Benefits:

Cashew are rich in vitamins such as E and C which are said to help the skin radiance. Cashews are also high in copper which is said to help with production of protein thus helping with elasticity.

  • 1 package (20g) Sugar Free Plant-Based Keto Jello (Brand: Simply Delish)
  • Heart shaped cookie cutters
  • Organic Berries (Optional)
  • Vegan Whipped Cream (Optional)

Instructions

Bring 1 1/3 cup filtered water to a boil. Next dissolve one packet (20g) of sugar free plant-based keto jello in 1/3 cup cold water. Now stir in the 1 1/3 cup of boiling water. Pour the mixture in a bowl and let cool. Place the bowl in the fridge for 60 minutes. Remove the bowl from the fridge and cut them using the heart shaped cookie cutters. Enjoy!

Gluten Free Chocolate Covered Pretzel Hearts

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 tbs Organic Coconut Oil or MCT Oil
  • 1/3 cup Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbs Vegan Chocolate Keto Protein Powder
  • 2 tbs Organic Nut Butter (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Mushroom Powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Maca Powder (optional)
  • 5 to 10 drops Liquid Stevia
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Gluten Free Pretzels
  • 1/3 cup Puffed Rice Cereal Unsweetened
  • Gluten Free Sprinkles (no artificial dyes)

Instructions

In a pot melt the organic coconut oil at the lowest heat. Slowly add in about 2 tbs of cacao powder at a time and stir often. Now add in the vegan chocolate protein powder, liquid stevia and optional mushroom powder and maca powder. Keep stirring often to ensure ingredients are well mixed. Optionally, you can also add 2 tbs of your favourite nut butter until it is the consistency of melted chocolate. Split the chocolate mixture into two pots and slowly add the chopped pretzels in one pot and the puffed rice in the other. Stir each to coat them in the chocolate mixture. Once coated remove from heat. Take the heart shaped metal cookie cutters and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Fill each heart shaped cookie cutter with either the pretzel or puffed rice mixture. Top each heart with gluten free sprinkles that are not made with food dye or gluten. Lastly, gently place the cookie sheet in the freezer for approximately 2 hours. Remove from the freezer and enjoy!

Coconut oil is antibacterial and antimicrobial. Coconut oil is also said to have anti-inflammatory properties which can help reduce redness and improve dry skin.

Vegan Broccoli Beauty Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Organic Broccoli
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • Organic Sea Salt
  • Organic Pepper
  • Organic Garlic Powder

Instructions

Preheat the over to 350 F.

Start by cutting the organic broccoli into florets. Place the broccoli florets onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Next you will lightly coat the broccoli with olive oil, this will ensure the spices stick to the broccoli. Then sprinkle a generous amount of sea salt, pepper and garlic powder over the broccoli florets. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 35 minutes (or until the Broccoli starts to blacken). Enjoy this simple and healthy snack!

Broccoli is an excellent source of Vitamin C which is said to reduce skin damage and premature aging. Broccoli also contains various bioactive compounds that have been shown to reduce inflammation.
