Vegan Smarty Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 3-5 tbsp Gluten Free Oatmeal
  • 2 scoops Salted Caramel Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)
  • 3-6 tbsp Filtered Water (adjust as needed)
  • A handful of Vegan Smarties (also known as No Nos)
  • Vegan Gluten Free Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

Makes 2-3 servings

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal, salted caramel protein powder, and PB2.
  • Slowly add water, starting with 3 tbsp, and mix until you get a thick dough-like consistency. Add more water if needed.
  • Stir in the vegan smarties, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into protein balls, depending on the size you want.
  • Optionally, roll the protein balls in more sprinkles for an extra fun touch.
  • Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to firm up, then enjoy!
