Instructions
Makes 2-3 servings
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal, salted caramel protein powder, and PB2.
- Slowly add water, starting with 3 tbsp, and mix until you get a thick dough-like consistency. Add more water if needed.
- Stir in the vegan smarties, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into protein balls, depending on the size you want.
- Optionally, roll the protein balls in more sprinkles for an extra fun touch.
- Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to firm up, then enjoy!
