- 2 tbsp Vegan Buffalo Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegan All-Natural Caesar Dressing
- 1/3 cup Vegan Cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup Organic Cherry Tomatoes
- Organic Lettuce (or Mixed Greens of your choice)
- Additional Veggies as desired (optional: cucumbers, red peppers, etc.)
Instructions
Makes 2 servings
- Prepare the Tofu: Cook the sweet and sour tofu according to the package instructions
- Make the Salad Base: In a large bowl, add a generous amount of fresh lettuce or mixed greens as your base.
- Add the Toppings: Top the lettuce with the buffalo-coated tofu, diced red peppers, etc.
- Dress the Salad: Drizzle the vegan caesar and buffalo dressing over the top, making sure everything is well coated in that creamy goodness.
- Toss and Serve: Toss the salad lightly to combine all the ingredients, and enjoy the nutrient-rich, skin-boosting benefits
