- 2 slices Gluten Free Toast or 2 Rice Cakes
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup Organic Chickpeas
- 1 pinch Organic Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Lemon
- 1 tsp MCT Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Toppings (Optional)
- Organic Strawberries
- Organic Blueberries
- Organic Mint Leaves
Instructions
Makes 1 serving
Add organic chickpeas, organic paprika, lemon, MCT oil, and salt and pepper into a large bowl and mash together with a fork until well mixed. Spread onto gluten free bread or rice cakes. Optionally, you can top with organic strawberries, organic blueberries and organic mint leaves as desired. Enjoy!
