Vegan Grilled Eggplant for Glowing Skin

Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Eggplant
  • Organic Herbed Spicy Sea Salt
  • Avocado Oil spray
  • Italian Seasoning

Instructions

Serving size: 3-4

Slice the Eggplant into about 3/4 inch wide pieces and place on paper towel. Coat both sides of the Eggplant with the Organic Herbed Spicy Sea Salt. Add a layer of paper towel overtop the Eggplant slices and let sit for 30-45 minutes. Turn the on BBQ to medium heat. Remove the paper towel and lightly pat each side. Lightly spray the Eggplant with the Avocado Oil Spray and sprinkle some Italian Seasoning on top. Place the Eggplant slices on the BBQ and cook for 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the BBQ and enjoy!
