
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
- 2 scoops Vegan Keto Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 Orange (peeled and seeded)
- 1/4 cup Pineapple
- 1-2 drops Liquid Vanilla Stevia (optional)
Instructions
Serving Size: 1
Add all the ingredients into a blender (preferably glass). Blend until desired consistency. If you want it to be thicker increase amount of frozen pineapple and add 2-4 ice cubes.
Benefits: Pineapple is loaded with antioxidants and has one of my favourite Vitamins, which is Vitamin C. Vitamin C is said to boost collagen production and boost your immune system. Pineapple also has a digestive enzyme (bromelain) that is said to aid in digestion and when used topically in your skin it is an enzymatic exfoliant.
