- 1 Frozen Banana (chopped)
- 1/4 Coconut Granola (Good To Go)
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 pack (1.5g) Matcha (Matcha Ninja)
- 1/2 cup Crushed Ice
- 1 scoop Vanilla Vegan Protein
- 1 drop Stevia
- Hemp Seeds, Kiwi or Blueberries (optional)
Add the matcha, almond milk, ice, protein, half banana and drop of stevia into the blender. Blend on medium/high setting until desired consistency. Remove from blender and pour into a cup or mug. Stir in the other half of the frozen chopped banana and top with coconut granola or other optional toppings.
Matcha is rich in natural antioxidants which help to stabilize harmful free radicals. Some research shows that several of the components in matcha could also help to enhance brain function. Bananas are rich in potassium which have the ability to help you maintain healthy nerve function
