Dry Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Gluten Free Oat Flour
- 1 pinch Organic Salt
- 1/2 cup Monk Fruit Extract
- 1/4 cup Organic Cacao Powder
- 1/2 cup Clean Vegan Keto Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 tbs Organic Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 cup Organic Almond Butter
- 1 Flax Egg (see my recipes)
- Avocado Oil Spray
- 8″ x 8″ Baking Pan
Instructions
Makes 12 servings (10g protein per serving)
Preheat oven to 320°F. Add the dry ingredients into a blender (preferably glass) and blend until well mixed. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and slow stir in the wet ingredients, be sure to mix well. Lightly coat the baking pan with the avocado oil spray and add in the mixture. Place in the oven for 26 minutes. Remove from oven and let it sit for 10-20 minutes. Enjoy.
