
Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1 pack (100g) Frozen Açaí (More that a Berry)
- 1 scoop Strawberry Protein Powder
- 1 Kiwi (for added vitamins)
Instructions
Add half of the frozen pineapple, one pack of frozen açaí berries, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 1 scoop of strawberry protein powder into a blender and blend on high until mixed well. In a bowl add the remaining frozen pineapple and pour the mixture from the blender over. Top with kiwi for extra vitamin C, a drizzle of PB2 or your favourite fruit.
Benefits:
Açaí berries are known as a superfood as they contain many important nutrients including magnesium which is said to help nourish the skin. They are also high in antioxidants which are said to help neutralize the damaging effects of free radicals throughout the body and skin. Kiwi are high sources of vitamin C.
