
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Gluten Free Oats
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 drop Vanilla Stevia (Sweet Drops)
- 2 tbs Organic Pumpkin Puree
- 2 tbs Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 tbs Chia Seeds
- 1 tbs Flax/Hemp Seeds
- 1/4 cup Chopped Green Apple Slices
- 1/4 cup Raw Almonds
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in an enclosed jar like pictured above. Place in the fridge to sit overnight. In the morning, throw it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes if you prefer to enjoy it warm (I like this over eating them cold), but you can enjoy them either way!
As a preference you can also top it with Nutmeg, Cinnamon and Pumpkin Pie Spice.
