
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Vegan Keto Chocolate (Brand: Lily’s)
- 1 tbs Organic Almonds (with sea salt)
- 1 /2 cup Unsweetened Puffed Rice
- 1 tbs Organic Coconut MCT Oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 320°F. Add the vegan chocolate into an oven safe dish. Place the dish in the oven until the chocolate is melted. Remove from the oven and stir in the organic coconut MCT oil. Next mix in the unsweetened puffed rice and almonds. Place on cookie sheet and put in the freezer for 60 minutes. Remove from the cookie sheet and store in freezer safe zip lock bags.
