Healthy Glow Valentine’s Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Organic mixed sprouts
  • 1/8 cup Organic Walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/8 cup Organic Almonds (slivered)
  • 1/8 cup Organic Cashews
  • 1/8 cup Organic Pomegranate Seeds
  • organic blue berries
  • 1/3 cup Organic Cauliflower Florets
  • Organic Edible Flowers

Dressing

  • 1 tbs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbs Organic Lemon Juice
  • Pinch Coconut Sugar
  • Vegan Halloumi Cheese (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

Makes 1-2 servings

Add the Organic Pea Shoots into a large bowl. Add in the Organic Walnuts, Organic Almonds, Organic Cashews, Organic Pomegranate Seeds, Organic Cauliflower Florets, and toss to mix together. Mix the Dressing ingredients in a separate dish and pour over top of the salad mix. Garnish with the Organic Edible Flowers. and enjoy!
