
Ingredients
- 1 tbs Ground Flaxseed
- 3 tbs Purified Water
Instructions
Combine 1 tbs of ground up flaxseed and add in 3 tbs of purified water. Stir until properly combined and cover. Let sit in your fridge for 20 minutes.
Add to any recipe as an egg replacement. Makes 1 egg.
