Autumn Vegan Pumpkin Glow Dip

Ingredients

Dip Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Organic Pumpkin Purée
  • 2-3 tbs Vegan Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
  • 3-4 drops Liquid Stevia
  • 2 tsp Organic Cinnamon

Dipping Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Granny Smith Apple (topped with Organic Cinnamon to dip in the pumpkin dip)

Optional Ingredient

  • 1 tbs Organic Almond Butter

Instructions

Add the dip ingredients (organic pumpkin purée, vegan unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt, liquid stevia and organic cinnamon) in a bowl and mix well! Place the mixture aside.

Thoroughly wash the Organic Granny Smith Apple and chop into flat pieces like little planks. Next, sprinkle some organic cinnamon on them and then add some of the pumpkin dip onto the flats of the apple. Optional ingredient, you could also top with a little but of nut butter. Enjoy this autumn treat loaded with tons of skin and health benefits!
