Gorgeous Glow Five Minute Chickpea Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbs MCT Oil
  • 1 tsp Herb Mate Sea Salt Spicy
  • 1 tbs Lime Juice
  • 1 can Organic Chickpeas
  • 1/4 Red Onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Green Pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 Cucumber (optional)
  • 1 tsp Tahini
  • Garnish with Basil

Instructions

Drain the chickpeas and add them into a large glass bowl. Wash and chop the green pepper, onion and cucumber then add them into the bowl with the chickpeas. Stir until they are well mixed. To make the dressing, in a separate bowl add the tahini, lime juice, MCT oil and salt, and mix well. Pour the dressing over the chickpea mix and toss until completely covered.
