Vegan Gluten Free Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Vegan Clean Chocolate Meal Replacement
    1/2 cup Organic Almond Flour
    1 scoop Prebiotic Fiber (Optional)
    1/4 tps Baking Soda
    1/8 tsp Salt
    1/4 cup Vegan Unsweetened Chocolate Chips
    1/2 cup Erythritol & Monk Fruit Extract (or Monk Fruit Sweetener)

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 tbs Organic Coconut Oil
  • 6 tsp Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk

Instructions

Before beginning preheat the oven to 320°F. Start by mixing all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Once thoroughly mixed add the wet ingredients and stir very well until a dough is formed. Scoop cookies onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. You can form them into a regular shaped cookie or a cookie ball. Place the cookie tray into the oven on the center rack for 10-12 minutes. Once finished baking, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for an additional 10 minutes as they are very delicate when first removed but will firm up once cooled. Enjoy this healthy snack!

Vegan Double Protein Fudge for Lazy Fit Girls

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Organic Mushroom Powder
  • 1 cup Vegan Chocolate Meal Replacement
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/3-1/2 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1 scoop Fibre Boost

Toppings

  • 2-3 tbs Vegan Colour Dye Free Sprinkles

Instructions

Makes 1 serving

Mix ingredients together in a glass bowl and blend until desired consistency! Put in an 8″ x 8″ pan (preferably glass) and freeze for 1 hour. Top with the vegan colour dye free sprinkles. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Organic Mushroom Powder
  • 1/2 pack Vegan Keto Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 10-20 Ice Cubes 🧊

Toppings

  • 2 tbs Whipped Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 Organic Banana

Instructions

Makes 1 serving

Mix ingredients in a blender (preferably glass) and blend until desired consistency! Top with organic banana and vegan whipped cream. Enjoy!
