Iced Vegan Pumpkin Spice Witches Brew

Ingredients

Instructions

Makes 1 serving

Brew one cup of coffee and pour it over the ice cubes. Next, in a blender, combine 1 cup of almond milk, 1/3 cup of unsweetened pumpkin purée, 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of fiber powder.

Blend the mixture for about 30 seconds.

Pour the pumpkin mixture over the iced coffee and stir well.

Benefits:

Organic pumpkin has antioxidants which are important for skin health. These include beta carotene and vitamins C. Prebiotic Fibre is said enhance your overall immune function. It also is said to help slow down your digestion making you feel fuller longer.

Iced Summer Vegan Gluten Free Coffee (or Frappe)

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Clean Vegan Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2 cup Cold Brew (you can use cold iced coffee) *if you are experiencing acne or adrenal burnout do decaf
  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 4 drops Vanilla Stevia
  • 1/2 – 1 tbs Cacao
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

Makes: 1 serving

Mix ingredients in a shaker cup and shake or add ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency! Enjoy.

Optional: Sprinkle cinnamon on top or blend in for extra antioxidants.
