Spicy Vegan Gluten Free Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1 Head of Organic Cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Filtered Water
  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 3 tbs Organic Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tbs Spicy Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tbs Paprika Powder
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 cup low-sugar Vegan Buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup no sugar Keto Gluten-Free Vegan BBQ sauce (I like Good Food for Good)
  • 1 tbsp Organic Hot Sauce

Instructions

Set oven temperature to 425-430F. Wash and chop the cauliflower into small florets and place aside. In a large bowl mix well the almond milk, water, flour, organic garlic powder, spicy sea salt and paprika powder. Coat each cauliflower floret with the mixture and place flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven and bake for 20-24 minutes turning over at the halfway point. While the cauliflower is cooking mix the following in two separate bowls. In one bowl mix 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce and 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. In the second bowl mix 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce and 1 tbsp of Hot sauce. Remove cauliflower from the oven and evenly coat half with the first mixture and half with the other. Add the cauliflower back onto the baking sheet and place in the over for an additional 20 minutes. Top with pepper and let cool for 2-5 minutes and enjoy with a side of your favourite vegan dipping sauce.

This is a great snack to serve as a side complimented by a vegan pizza.

Benefits: Cauliflower is high in fiber which can help with digestion. Cauliflower also has a ton of vitamin B6 which is said to support normal brain development and improve your immune system.
