Reawakening Beauty: Healthy Grilled Sweet Potato for Gorgeous Skin

Healthy Grilled Sweet Potato for Gorgeous Skin

Ingredients

  • 2 Organic Sweet Potatoes (medium)
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • Organic Herbed Spicy Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • Organic Paprika
  • Organic Garlic Powder (optional)

Instructions

Turn on the BBQ to medium heat. Slice the Organic Sweet Potatoes 1/2 inch wide pieces and place on a baking tray. Lightly spray one side of the Sweet Potato slices with the Avocado Oil Spray. Coat with the Herbed Spicy Sea Salt, Pepper, Paprika and optional Garlic Powder. Turn each slice over and repeat by lightly spraying with the Avocado Oil Spray and then coating again with the spices. Carefully place each Sweet Potato slide directly on the BBQ and grill for 10-12 minutes per side (or until soft when pierced with a fork). Remove from the BBQ, let cool and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Clean Vegan Keto Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Organic Cauliflower
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup of Spinach or Greens
  • 1 tbs Keto Gluten Free Granola
  • 1/8 cup Nuts

Instructions

Mix the dry and wet ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Add to a bowl and top with the keto gluten free granola or nuts! Enjoy.

Chocolate Coconut Green Glow Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Clean Chocolate Vegan Protein
  • 1 tsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp Organic MCT Oil
  • 1 cup Spinach or Greens
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
  • Top with Cacao Raw Nibs

Instructions

Makes 1 serving

Easy Glowing Skin Vegan Frozen Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 medium sized Ripe Bananas
  • 1 tbs MCT Oil
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup Keto Vegan Chocolate Chips

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 320°F. Pour the chocolate chips into an oven safe dish and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove dish from the oven, add the MCT oil and stir until melted.

Blend the ripe bananas in a food processor or a good blender. Next, add in the vegan keto melted chocolate and blend together. Pour mixture into a bread pan lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Check in 1 hour to see if it’s done. Remove from the freezer and cut into bite sized pieces.

Vegan chocolate contains flavanols which are said to help protect against sun damage, improve blood flow to the skin, and increase skin density and hydration. Banana’s are high in Vitamin C which is said to help brighten and even out your skin tone
