Glowing Skin Vegan Gluten Free Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup Boiling Purified Water
  • 1 tbs Vegan Keto Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 tbs organic Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 1-2 drops Liquid Vanilla Stevia
  • 1/4 tsp Maca Powder (optional)

Instructions

Serving Size: 1

Bring purified water to a boil using a kettle, I prefer using a stove top kettle. Add the vegan keto chocolate protein powder, the cacao powder, the almond or coconut milk and stevia into a large heat resistant mug and stir. Slowly pour in about 1/4 of the boiling water and stir vigorously. Add the remaining water and stir slowly until blended. Enjoy!

** If you do not have chocolate protein powder you can substitute it with an additional tbs of cacao powder.

Benefits: Cacao powder has magnesium which helps to reduce stress, iron which is important for vegans to include in their diet and zinc which is an anti-inflammatory and is said to help with acne and rosacea. Personally I find it really great after a really stressful day!
