- 1/2 cup Gluten Free Sprouted Quick Oats
- 1/8 cup Mixed Nut Butter
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (Lily’s) or Dried Cranberries (unsweetened)
Mix all ingredients together until malleable. To form the cookie, use a measuring spoon (tablespoon) and pack in the mixture to make a half ball. Remove carefully using a spoon and store in a cool dry place
If you feel it is not binding add another tablespoon or two of Almond milk to the mixture and remix.

I personally use all plant based protein sources. In addition this recipe contains gluten free oats which have tons of fibre and are loaded with vitamins and antioxidants keeping you feeling good.
