Feeling Frosty Strawberry Banana Glow Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Organic Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Organic Banana (Frozen)
  • 3 drops Liquid Vanilla Stevia
  • 1 scoop Fibre Boost
  • 1/8 cup Filtered Water

Instructions

Makes 4 to 6 servings

Add the filtered water, the organic banana, the organic strawberries, the liquid stevia and the fibre boost into a blender and blend until well mixed. Pour the blended mixture into a popsicle mold and place in the freezer for 2 hours. Enjoy!

Fibre is essential to your diet. Fibre is said to help promote the growth of good gut bacteria, lower your cholesterol levels, and helps to control blood sugar levels. Strawberries are high in vitamin C which has been said to boost your immune system and your collagen production.

Strawberry Chocolate Popsicles for Healthy Skin

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Vegan Milk
  • 2 scoops Clean Vegan Keto Chocolate Protein Powder – adjust scoops based on your sweet tooth and protein needs
  • 1 tbs Organic Coconut Oil or Almond Butter – fat is great for keeping you full and your skin healthy (optional if you need more fat in your diet)
  • 1/4 cup Organic Strawberries

Instructions

Serving Size: 1 or 2 pops

Add ingredients in a blender (preferably glass) and blend until well mixed. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about 1/2 inch room (as the mixture expands it will expand). Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Optional, before freezing add a few slices of strawberries, cashews or sliced coconut to the bottom of each popsicle mold.

To serve, dip the bottoms of the molds in hot water for a few seconds so that the pops slide out easily.

Dairy really impacted my skin in the past so this is all dairy free!

Benefits:

Coconut oils has antimicrobial properties which are important for maintaining healthy skin. Coconut oil has also been said to have anti-inflammatory properties as well.
