- 2 scoops Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
- 5-7 large ice cubes
- For added skin benefits add in a vegan probiotic and 1 tsp rose powder
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.
Optional: Top with mint and a sliced strawberry. I love to top with 1 tbs of chia seeds or raw organic coconut.
BENEFITS: Strawberries are loaded with vitamin C for collagen and elastin formations.
