Spray a pan with the Avocado Oil. Next add 1 tbs of Lime Juice and 2 tbs of filtered water. Turn on stove to medium heat. Add in the washed Organic Kale and Spicy Sea Salt and keep sautéing until the kale is dark green and fully cooked.

Kale is rich in vitamins C, E, and K. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that’s great for brightening your skin’s appearance and lime is another great source of vitamin C.
