Healthy Glow Vegan Chickpea Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 can Organic Chickpeas (rinsed & strained)
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 6-7 drops Vanilla Stevia
  • 2 tbs Monk Fruit Sweetener or Coconut Sugar
  • 2 scoops Clean Vegan Keto Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbs Almond Butter
  • 1 tbs Cacao Powder
  • 1 pkg Digestive Enzyme Powder (optional)
  • 2 1/2 tbs Gluten Free Quick Oats
  • Vegan Keto Chocolate Chips (as toppings)

Instructions

Add all ingredients, except the Gluten Free Quick Oats and the Vegan Keto Chocolate Chips, into a blender. Blend on high until well mixed. Pour into a large bowl and stir in the Gluten Free Quick Oats and the Vegan Keto Chocolate Chips. Place in the fridge for 60 minutes. Top with some additional monk fruit sweetener and enjoy!

Benefits:

Cacao has antioxidant properties and is loaded with magnesium, fiber and iron. It’s also been said to help improve brain function and is abundant in polyphenols as well.

Reawakening Beauty: Healthy Grilled Sweet Potato for Gorgeous Skin

Healthy Grilled Sweet Potato for Gorgeous Skin

Ingredients

  • 2 Organic Sweet Potatoes (medium)
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • Organic Herbed Spicy Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • Organic Paprika
  • Organic Garlic Powder (optional)

Instructions

Turn on the BBQ to medium heat. Slice the Organic Sweet Potatoes 1/2 inch wide pieces and place on a baking tray. Lightly spray one side of the Sweet Potato slices with the Avocado Oil Spray. Coat with the Herbed Spicy Sea Salt, Pepper, Paprika and optional Garlic Powder. Turn each slice over and repeat by lightly spraying with the Avocado Oil Spray and then coating again with the spices. Carefully place each Sweet Potato slide directly on the BBQ and grill for 10-12 minutes per side (or until soft when pierced with a fork). Remove from the BBQ, let cool and enjoy!

Fast & Easy Vegan Rice Cake Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Brown Rice Cake
  • 1 tbs Vegan Coconut Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 – 1 tbs Vegan Unsweetened Chocolate Chips (Lily’s)
  • 1/2 tbs Almond Butter

Instructions

Spread the almond butter evenly over the brown rice cake. Add the vegan whipped cream and finish by sprinkling the vegan chocolate chips on top. Enjoy!

Benefits:

This is a great pre-workout snack as almond butter helps to add fibre and protein which will keep your hunger pangs away during your workout. Almond butter also has a healthy fat that will help keep you fuller longer after exercising.

Simple Vegan Grilled Lime Kale for Gorgeous Skin

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 cups Organic Kale
  • 1 tsp Herb Mate Spicy Sea Salt
  • 1 tbs Organic Lime Juice
  • Avocado Oil Spray

Instructions

Spray a pan with the Avocado Oil. Next add 1 tbs of Lime Juice and 2 tbs of filtered water. Turn on stove to medium heat. Add in the washed Organic Kale and Spicy Sea Salt and keep sautéing until the kale is dark green and fully cooked.

Benefits:

Kale is rich in vitamins C, E, and K. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that’s great for brightening your skin’s appearance and lime is another great source of vitamin C.

Gorgeous Glow Five Minute Chickpea Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbs MCT Oil
  • 1 tsp Herb Mate Sea Salt Spicy
  • 1 tbs Lime Juice
  • 1 can Organic Chickpeas
  • 1/4 Red Onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Green Pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 Cucumber (optional)
  • 1 tsp Tahini
  • Garnish with Basil

Instructions

Drain the chickpeas and add them into a large glass bowl. Wash and chop the green pepper, onion and cucumber then add them into the bowl with the chickpeas. Stir until they are well mixed. To make the dressing, in a separate bowl add the tahini, lime juice, MCT oil and salt, and mix well. Pour the dressing over the chickpea mix and toss until completely covered.

Coconut oil is antibacterial and antimicrobial. It also is said to help moisturize your skin, relieve inflammation, accelerate wound healing, and help with acne.

Vegan Almond Butter Beauty Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Dried Cranberries (chopped) or 14 Medjool Dates (pitted)
  • 1/4 cup Raw or Roasted Almonds (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup Gluten Free Quick Rolled Oats
  • 4 tbsp Organic Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp water (if needed)

Instructions

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the cranberries (or dates), almond butter, rolled oats and cinnamon into a food processor and blend until a dough begins to form. Add water if needed. Using your hands, roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into snack-sized balls. Put the crushed almonds onto a plate or flat surface and roll the balls in the nuts to coat. Place the balls onto the baking tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Benefits:

Almonds are a great source of vitamin E, protein, and fiber. They are also high in antioxidants which is said to help protect against oxidative stress, which can damage molecules in your cells and contribute to inflammation and aging.

Easy Glowing Skin Vegan Frozen Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 medium sized Ripe Bananas
  • 1 tbs MCT Oil
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup Keto Vegan Chocolate Chips

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 320°F. Pour the chocolate chips into an oven safe dish and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove dish from the oven, add the MCT oil and stir until melted.

Blend the ripe bananas in a food processor or a good blender. Next, add in the vegan keto melted chocolate and blend together. Pour mixture into a bread pan lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Check in 1 hour to see if it’s done. Remove from the freezer and cut into bite sized pieces.
