
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Dried Cranberries (chopped) or 14 Medjool Dates (pitted)
- 1/4 cup Raw or Roasted Almonds (crushed)
- 1/4 cup Gluten Free Quick Rolled Oats
- 4 tbsp Organic Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp water (if needed)
Instructions
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the cranberries (or dates), almond butter, rolled oats and cinnamon into a food processor and blend until a dough begins to form. Add water if needed. Using your hands, roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into snack-sized balls. Put the crushed almonds onto a plate or flat surface and roll the balls in the nuts to coat. Place the balls onto the baking tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
