- 1 Organic Brown Rice Cake
- 1 tbs Vegan Coconut Whipped Cream
- 1/2 – 1 tbs Vegan Unsweetened Chocolate Chips (Lily’s)
- 1/2 tbs Almond Butter
Spread the almond butter evenly over the brown rice cake. Add the vegan whipped cream and finish by sprinkling the vegan chocolate chips on top. Enjoy!
This is a great pre-workout snack as almond butter helps to add fibre and protein which will keep your hunger pangs away during your workout. Almond butter also has a healthy fat that will help keep you fuller longer after exercising.
