Reawakening Beauty: Vegan Caesar Wraps with Spicy Tofu & Romaine Lettuce

Ingredients
- 1 block Firm Organic Tofu
- 1 tsp Organic Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce (adjust to spice preference)
- 5-6 large Romaine Lettuce Leaves
- ½ cup Vegan Caesar Dressing
- ¼ cup Vegan Shredded Cheese (optional)
- 1/3-1/2 Organic Avocado (cubed)
- 2-3 small Organic Radish (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Organic Cauliflower (florets)

Instructions
Makes 2-3 servings
Press the organic tofu to remove excess water. Cut the organic tofu into long strips. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the organic tofu strips for 4-5 minutes on each side or until crispy. While to tofu is cooking throughly wash and chop the organic avocado, organic radishes and organic cauliflower. When the tofu is cooked toss them in hot sauce for added spice. Next, assemble the wraps by laying down the romaine lettuce leaves flat. Place a few tofu strips down in the centre and add in the avocado, radishes and cauliflower. Drizzle the vegan caesar dressing overtop or use it as a dip. Sprinkle some vegan cheese over top, if desired. Lastly, carefully fold the sides of the lettuce over the filling, then roll it up like a burrito. Enjoy!
