- 1/2 pack Organic Firm Tofu
- 2/3 cup Vegan Butter Chicken Sauce (Gluten Free)
- 1 Spring Onion
- Parchment Paper
- 1 serving Fibre Boost
Instructions
Makes 1 serving
Begin by pressing the organic tofu to remove all excess water. Once pressed, cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes. Marinate the tofu in the vegan butter chicken sauce for 45-60 minutes to soak up all the flavour. While the tofu is marinating, preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then arrange the tofu pieces in a single layer, making sure they are spaced out. Bake for about 12 minutes. Remove from the oven, flip the tofu and place back in the oven for another 10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let them cool down.
You can enjoy these tofu bites as a tasty snack, add them to a charcuterie board, or toss them into any butter chicken dish for a delicious vegan twist! Enjoy!
