Date Night Spicy Vegan Mushroom & Hot Sausage Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Beyond Meat Sausage (cooked and sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Organic Mushroom Sauce
  • 1 frozen Gluten Free Carbonaut Crust
  • 2 tbs Hot Sauce
  • 1 pack Organic Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup Vegan Feta Cheese (Brand: Silk)
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Sharp Cheddar Nut Cheese (Brand: Nuts for Cheese)

Instructions

Makes 2 to 4 servings

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the frozen pizza crust onto a pizza tray and spread on the organic mushroom sauce. Next, add the vegan feta cheese and the vegan sharp cheddar nut cheese. And lastly, add the organic sliced mushrooms and the cooked and sliced beyond meat sausage. Place the pizza carefully into the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes or until ready, be sure to keep an eye on it. Remove from the oven and lightly drizzle hot sauce or another sauce of your liking over top of the pizza or use as a dip. Enjoy!

Feeling Frosty Strawberry Banana Glow Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Organic Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Organic Banana (Frozen)
  • 3 drops Liquid Vanilla Stevia
  • 1 scoop Fibre Boost
  • 1/8 cup Filtered Water

Instructions

Makes 4 to 6 servings

Add the filtered water, the organic banana, the organic strawberries, the liquid stevia and the fibre boost into a blender and blend until well mixed. Pour the blended mixture into a popsicle mold and place in the freezer for 2 hours. Enjoy!

Start by boiling a cup of filtered water. Next, add the reishi hot cocoa mix, the 1/2 tsp of 5 blend mushroom powder and 1/2 tsp of organic cacao powder to the bottom of your favourite mug. Slowly pour the boiling water overtop of the mixture. Finish by adding 3 drops of liquid stevia and 1-2 tbs of the vegan toasted marshmallow nut pod creamer. Enjoy!

The 5 blend mushroom powder which includes reishi is said to help boost your immune system and studies suggest that it may also help to reduce depression and fatigue.

Makes 1 serving

Brew one cup of coffee and pour it over the ice cubes. Next, in a blender, combine 1 cup of almond milk, 1/3 cup of unsweetened pumpkin purée, 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of fiber powder.

Blend the mixture for about 30 seconds.

Pour the pumpkin mixture over the iced coffee and stir well.

Benefits:

Organic pumpkin has antioxidants which are important for skin health. These include beta carotene and vitamins C. Prebiotic Fibre is said enhance your overall immune function. It also is said to help slow down your digestion making you feel fuller longer.

Autumn Vegan Pumpkin Glow Dip

Ingredients

Dip Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Organic Pumpkin Purée
  • 2-3 tbs Vegan Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
  • 3-4 drops Liquid Stevia
  • 2 tsp Organic Cinnamon

Dipping Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Granny Smith Apple (topped with Organic Cinnamon to dip in the pumpkin dip)

Optional Ingredient

  • 1 tbs Organic Almond Butter

Instructions

Add the dip ingredients (organic pumpkin purée, vegan unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt, liquid stevia and organic cinnamon) in a bowl and mix well! Place the mixture aside.

Thoroughly wash the Organic Granny Smith Apple and chop into flat pieces like little planks. Next, sprinkle some organic cinnamon on them and then add some of the pumpkin dip onto the flats of the apple. Optional ingredient, you could also top with a little but of nut butter. Enjoy this autumn treat loaded with tons of skin and health benefits!

Salad

  • 1/4 cup Vegan Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Green Goddess Grilled Herlome Cheese
  • 3 Organic Celery Sticks (chopped)
  • 1/2 Organic Cucumber
  • 5 Organic Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Organic Cauliflower

Toppings (Optional)

  • 1 tbs Organic Oregano
  • Pepper (to taste)

Sides

  • 2 Gluten Free Crackers

Instructions

Makes 1-2 servings

Wash the organic veggies in filtered water and drain using a strainer if available. Chop all salad ingredients, place them into a large bowl and toss. Add the organic pepper and oregano. Top with crushed gluten free crackers if desired.

  • 1/4 cup Vegan Feta Cheese (or Vegan Green Goddess Grilled Herlome Cheese)
  • 3 cups Organic Spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup Organic Grapes, Organic Blueberries, Organic Strawberries (sliced)

Toppings (Optional)

  • 1 tbs Organic Walnuts
  • 1/4 Organic Avocado

Dressing

  • Balsamic Vinegar (drizzled over top with a drizzle of olive oil)

Instructions

Makes 1-2 servings

Wash the organic spinach in filtered water and dry using a salad spinner if available. Wash the organic fruit in a bowl filled with filtered water and baking soda. Drain the water and rise well. Add all salad ingredients into a large bowl and toss. Add dressing of choice when ready to serve and top with optional organic walnuts or organic avocado. Enjoy.

Vegan Healthy Glow Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 package Plant Based Ground Beef (Beyond Meat)
  • 1 can 398ml Organic Refried Beans
  • 2 3/4 cup Salsa (I prefer Medium or Hot)
  • 3/4 cup Vegan Cheese (I prefer a Mexican cheese blend)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350F. Cook the plant based ground beef in a non-stick pan over Medium to High heat for 7-10 minutes, breaking to desired crumble size and stirring occasionally. Set aside when done. In a casserole dish, add a layer of refried beans, then a layer of the plant based ground beef, then a layer of salsa and finish with a layer of Vegan cheese. Add the casserole dish to the over and cook for 20-25 minutes or until cheese has completely melted. Enjoy with a side of gluten free nachos or mixed in salad.

Benefits:

Plant based ground beef is very high in Vitamin B12 which is said to boost your energy and improve your memory.
