
Ingredients
Salad
- 1/4 cup Vegan Feta Cheese
- 3 cups Organic Spinach
- 3/4 cup Organic Watermelon
- 2-3 tbs Organic Almonds
Toppings (Optional)
- Organic Mint Leaves
Dressing
- Vegan Honey Mustard (or Honey Mustard if you aren’t Vegan)
- Alternative: 1 tbs Organic Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper & splash Organic Lemon Juice
Instructions
Makes 1-2 servings
Wash the organic spinach in filtered water and dry using a salad spinner if available. Add all salad ingredients into a large bowl and toss. Add dressing of choice when ready to serve and top with optional organic mint leaves. Enjoy.
