
Ingredients
- 1 package Plant Based Ground Beef (Beyond Meat)
- 1 can 398ml Organic Refried Beans
- 2 3/4 cup Salsa (I prefer Medium or Hot)
- 3/4 cup Vegan Cheese (I prefer a Mexican cheese blend)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F. Cook the plant based ground beef in a non-stick pan over Medium to High heat for 7-10 minutes, breaking to desired crumble size and stirring occasionally. Set aside when done. In a casserole dish, add a layer of refried beans, then a layer of the plant based ground beef, then a layer of salsa and finish with a layer of Vegan cheese. Add the casserole dish to the over and cook for 20-25 minutes or until cheese has completely melted. Enjoy with a side of gluten free nachos or mixed in salad.
