
Ingredients
- 1 cup Organic Pitted Dates
- 8-10 drops Vanilla Stevia Drops
- 3/4 cup Purified Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbs Erythritol & Monk Fruit Extract (or Monk Fruit Sweetener)
- 1/2 scoop Fibre Boost
- 1 tsp Organic Pumpkin Spice (optional)
Instructions
Makes approximately 40 servings at 1 tbs each.
Soak the organic dates in purified water for about 1 hour. Transfer only the organic dates into a blender and add two tablespoons of the water which was used to soak the dates. Add the stevia drops and vanilla, and blend until the mixture is smooth, slowly add a bit more of the water if consistency is not reached. Remove from the blender and add to toast as a jam, to smoothies or on top of rice cakes along with almond butter. The caramel sauce can be stored for about 3 weeks to 1 month in the fridge.
*Be sure to eat in moderation as dates are a natural laxative. Do not exceed 2 tbs a day.
