- 2 1/2 Organic Avocados (halved, seeded and peeled)
- 1 Organic lime (juiced)
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Organic Cayenne
- 1/4 medium Organic Onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 Organic Jalapeno Pepper (seeded and minced)
- 2 Organic Roma Tomatoes (seeded and diced)
- 1 tbs Organic Cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1 clove Organic Garlic (minced) or 2 tbs Organic Garlic Powder
- 1 tbs Organic Low Sugar Salsa (optional)
Instructions
Makes 3-4 serving
In a large bowl mix the avocado and lime juice, toss to coat. Using a potato masher (or fork) add the salt, cayenne, and mash. Stir in the onions, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic and optional salsa. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve with rice chips or veggies.
