
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 tsp of Matcha (*I use 1 pkg of Matcha Ninja Pure Organic Tea)
- 1 drop Vanilla Liquid Stevia
- 1 scoop Vanilla Vegan Protein (*be sure yours can be heated)
- 1 tsp Organic Cinnamon
Instructions
Add 1 cup of almond milk into a pot and put on low heat. Add in 2 tsp of Matcha and whisk together. Next add in 1 scoop of vanilla protein and 2 drops of liquid stevia. Bring to a gently simmer and remove from heat. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon and stir until blended. Pour in a mug and sip!
Benefits: Matcha is a superfood which is filled with antioxidants and is said to help improve brain function.
